We offer this website, and all information, tools, and services available from it (the “Service”), to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

1) Online Store Terms
You confirm you are the age of majority in your state/province (or have parental consent for any minor dependents). You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your use of the Service.
2) Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order
All City Made items are printed on demand and produced especially for you once an order is placed. Because we do not hold inventory, orders cannot be changed once production begins. Please review sizing and your shipping address carefully before checkout.
3) Shipping & Fulfillment
Most orders arrive within up to 2 weeks (production + transit). Times may vary by carrier, location, peak seasons, or delays outside our control. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation when your order is placed, and a Shipping Confirmation (with tracking) when your item ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
4) Returns, Exchanges & Claims
All sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges for wrong size or change of mind.

5) Product Information
We try to display product colors/images accurately, but displays may vary. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions/pricing at any time.
6) Pricing & Billing
Prices may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, reseller activity). You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account info so we can complete orders and contact you as needed.

Links to third-party sites may appear. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those external websites.
8) Prohibited Uses
