City Made Exchange Policy
At City Made, we create unique, fan-inspired apparel made with passion and precision. Because each piece is made by order, we currently offer size exchanges only.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size of the same item within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; we’ll cover the cost to send the new size.
To start an exchange, email citymadecontact@gmail.com with your order number and size request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong size due to our mistake, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement right away once the issue is verified.
Important Notes
• No refunds are issued — only size exchanges or replacements for damaged/wrong items.
• Final Sale items are non-exchangeable.
• We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered—please contact the carrier directly.
